First professional contract: VfL have handed a long-term deal to another talented youngster, with academy graduate Felix Lange putting pen to paper on a professional contract valid until 2025.
The 18-year-old joined the Green-and-Whites' academy in 2019 and made 11 appearances in the U19 Bundesliga last season. The defender, who will continue to play for the U19s for the time being, will wear the number 42 on his jersey in the senior squad.
Surprise guest in stadium show: Prior to the Wolves' Bundesliga opener at home to Werder Bremen, fans of both clubs enjoyed a special video appearance. The stadium show included a message from Naldo, who laced his boots for both clubs during his playing days, and was always a popular figure.
