Arrival on Match Day

You have the following options for arriving on match days:

  • Parking with Existing Parking Permit

    P1/TG

    • Exclusively for TG or P1 parking permit holders.
    • From the B188, turn right onto the L322.
    • Then take the first exit right toward VW-Wache Ost.
    • At the roundabout, take the third exit.
    • Continue following the road.
    • At the next roundabout, take the first exit onto "In den Allerwiesen".
    • Parking is on the left-hand side.
    • Follow the signage system and the instructions of the security staff.

    P2

    • Exclusively for P2 parking permit holders.
    • From the B188, turn right onto the L322.
    • Then take the first exit right toward VW-Wache Ost.
    • At the roundabout, take the third exit.
    • Continue following the road.
    • At the next roundabout, take the second exit onto the L322.
    • Take the next entrance on the right.
    • Before the barrier system, turn right into P2.
    • Follow the signage system and the instructions of the security staff.

  • Public Parking

    P3–P6

    • From the B188, turn right onto the L322.
    • From the B188, turn onto the street "Allerpark".

    Parking for Mobility-Impaired / Wheelchair Users
    P-OST (behind the arena’s opposite stand)

    • Exclusively for P-Ost parking permit holders.
    • From the B188, turn right onto the L322.
    • Then take the first exit right toward VW-Wache Ost.
    • At the roundabout, take the third exit.
    • Continue following the road.
    • At the next roundabout, take the first exit onto "In den Allerwiesen".
    • Follow the signage system and the instructions of the security staff.

    Parking permits for P-East can be requested at the Service Center by presenting a disability ID. Only limited capacity is available; therefore, no guarantee can be given for receiving a parking permit.

  • Park & Ride
    • Coming from the A39 (Weyhausen exit), the Kästorf Park & Ride car park (3,200 spaces) is available, from which free shuttle buses run to the Volkswagen Arena at regular intervals. The walking distance to the arena from here is about 15 minutes. Depending on demand, four to six shuttle buses operate on match days starting 2¼ hours before kickoff, running every ten minutes to the Volkswagen Arena. The journey time is approx. 5 minutes.
    • After the match, buses depart from the stop at Berliner Brücke to the Park & Ride car park as soon as they are full. The last departure is approx. 45 minutes after the final whistle.

  • Parking for Coaches

    P-Bus (between the Mittelland Canal and the arena)

    • Exclusively for P-Bus parking permit holders.
    • From the B188, turn right onto the L322.
    • Then take the first exit right toward VW-Wache Ost.
    • At the roundabout, take the third exit.
    • Continue following the road.
    • At the next roundabout, take the first exit onto "In den Allerwiesen".
    • Parking is on the left-hand side.
    • Follow the signage system and the instructions of the security staff.

    Coach parking spaces at the arena can be requested through the Service Center; allocation is subject to availability.

    Bus Parking P6

    • No parking permit required.
    • From the B188, turn right onto the L322.
    • From the B188, turn onto the street "Allerpark".

  • Parking Outside of Match Days

    Outside of match days, parking at P1 and P2 is generally free of charge.

    During major events at the Volkswagen Arena, access to P1 and P2 may be partially or fully restricted.
