Loan ended early

Ella Peddemors will join VfL Women in January.

VfL Wolfsburg Women confirmed the signing of Dutch midfielder Ella Peddemors back in June this year. The 22-year-old’s loan move back to previous club FC Twente, which was agreed at the time and originally due to last 12 months, will come to an end when she links up with the She-Wolves in January 2025. “Ella has continued her wonderful development at FC Twente during the first half of the season and was named in the senior Netherlands squad for the first time in November,” Ralf Kellermann, VfL’s director of women’s football, said of the Dutch club’s support in the matter.

Contract until 2027

Peddemors, who is under contract with the She-Wolves until 30 June 2027, has scored three goals in 17 appearances for Twente this season. In total she’s played 92 games for the club in the Dutch top flight, the domestic cup competitions and the UEFA Women’s Champions League, while she has also represented Netherlands at every youth level since the Under-15s.
