Lena Lattwein will be out of action for the time being after undergoing surgery on her right knee on Thursday. The 23-year-old midfielder had complained of problems after suffering bruising to her knee in VfL Wolfsburg Women’s home game against SV Werder Bremen. Depending on her recovery process, Lattwein is expected to be sidelined for a few weeks.
