It is a fixture that many fans look forward to all season: on Saturday 12 October, VfL Women will host FC Bayern Munich at 17:45 CEST on Matchday 6 of the Google Pixel Women’s Bundesliga. In order to allow as many supporters as possible to attend the meeting between the top two teams in German football, the match has again been moved to the Volkswagen Arena for this season.

Restricted ticket sales for the game will begin in a week’s time already, on Wednesday 28 August at 9:45 CEST. On the following day at the same time, tickets will go on general sale. Tickets can be purchased from the Wölfeshop, the fan shop in the Fanhaus at the Volkswagen Arena and – for existing customers – by calling the Service Centre on (+49)05361-8903-903.
Record attendance of 24,437
Last season, 24,437 fans watched the headline match between Wolfsburg and Bayern at the Volkswagen Arena. This set a new record, and was another factor in the She-Wolves relocating to the Arena again.
