VfL Wolfsburg Women will have to get the better of Paris FC to reach the group stage of the UEFA Women’s Champions League. The draw on Friday lunchtime pitted the She-Wolves against the French club, who finished third in the top flight last season.
Return leg in Wolfsburg on 18 October
The return leg at the AOK Stadion will kick off at 18:45 CEST on Wednesday 18 October. The exact date and kick-off time of the first leg – which will be played on either 10 or 11 October – will be confirmed by Monday 18 September at the latest.
Paris FC qualified for the play-offs via the first-round mini-tournament, where they upset the odds to defeat Arsenal 4-2 on penalties after a 3-3 draw.
