VfL switch to ‘2G rule’

Only those who have been vaccinated or have recovered from coronavirus can attend VfL matches. Sevilla tickets go on sale at 9:30 CEST on Wednesday.

Due to the rising number of coronavirus infections, the so-called ‘2G rule’ will come into force at VfL Wolfsburg matches at the Volkswagen Arena and AOK Stadion from 2 September 2021. VfL are thus following the urgent recommendation of the city of Wolfsburg and the local health authority, which comes on the back of lengthy talks in recent days. The switch to 2G is intended to continue to improve infection control.
