The Lady-Wolves have extended their contract with Noelle Maritz for a further two years.

Noelle Maritz is currently playing her fifth season in Green-Whites – and will carry on with the Lady-Wolves for at least another two years! The full-back has extended her contract with VfL Wolfsburg, which had been valid until 2018 for a further two years, until 2020.

"Consistent development"

The 21-year-old Swiss international is currently a set fixture with the double-winners from last season. "In spite of her young years, Noelle has been a member of the VfL family for quite some time. She has consistently developed further in Wolfsburg. This season she has taken another step forward in her development. We are completely convinced that she can assist us in achieving our goals for the coming season and we are delighted that our cooperation is now to continue further," stated Ralf Kellermann, Sporting director of women’s football at VfL. The 56-time Swiss international is very much looking forward to her future in Green-White: "I am delighted about the fate that VfL have placed in me. It’s really wonderful to be part of this great team with such exceptional quality. There is absolutely no reason for me to think about leaving, which makes me all the happier to continue here for at least another two years," commented Maritz.
