VfL Wolfsburg Women can announce another new signing, although the free transfer will not come into effect until the 2025/26 season. Dutch youth international Ella Peddemors has signed a contract with the She-Wolves until 30 June 2027 but will spend one more season on loan at current club FC Twente Enschede.
Four-time Dutch champion
Enschede-born Peddemors joined the Twente academy in 2017 and was handed her first professional contract there in 2019. She’s made 75 competitive appearances to date, 60 of them in the league, seven in the two Dutch cup competitions, four in the UEFA Women’s Champions League and another four in qualifying. She made her Champions League debut as a 17-year-old in October 2019 against her future employers, playing the full 90 minutes under then coach Tommy Stroot in a 1-0 defeat to Wolfsburg in the round of 16 second leg. She’s been a Dutch champion four times, most recently just a few weeks ago. Peddemors also boasts international experience having worn the orange shirt at every age level from under-15.
