Goalkeeper Schult, who was forced off in the 37th minute of VfL Wolfsburg’s 2-1 win away at Duisburg on Sunday, suffered an ankle injury that will keep her out of action for up to two weeks. The 27-year-old will now miss Germany Women’s upcoming games against Italy (10 November in Osnabrück) and Spain (13 November in Erfurt).
