Room for improvement

All you need to know ahead of the home game against RB Leipzig

Today's match against Leipzig (kick-off at 15:30 CET) offers VfL Wolfsburg the chance to improve what has so far been a disappointing head-to-head record. Since 2011, the teams have met 14 times in the league and six in the DFB Cup, with Leipzig holding the upper hand overall. Leipzig have won six, drawn five and lost three of the Bundesliga encounters with the Wolves, while they have also won four (and lost two) of the cup ties.
