In the last two seasons, the women from VfL Wolfsburg and SC Sand have clashed in the DFB-Cup final. This year, the sides go head-to-head at the quarter-final stage, with the Lady-Wolves having booked their place amongst the last eight in the competition with a 5-0 (2-0) ‘Round of 16’ win over BV Cloppenburg on Sunday. The previously drawn tie against the Bundesliga opponents has now been officially scheduled and will take place on Wednesday, March 14th at 18:00 CET in the AOK Stadion.
