Terms and conditions of participation in contest

The contest is organised and executed by VfL Wolfsburg-Fußball GmbH. It is a limited campaign in which participation is admitted exclusively under the conditions listed here.

Eligibility

Participants must be at least 18 years old. Employees of VfL Wolfsburg-Fußball GmbH and their relatives are excluded from participating.

Participation in the contest

To participate in the draw for 10x1 match-worn shirts, an order must be placed for the 2020/21 home or away shirt in the VfL Wolfsburg online shop during the promotional period. Every jersey buyer automatically qualifies for the draw. Each person can only participate once in the contest, regardless of the number of jerseys purchased in an order.

Exclusion of participants

Any violation of the conditions of participation or attempt at manipulation will result in immediate exclusion. Attempts at manipulation include, in particular, multiple orders under a false or different name.

Persons who make use of their legal right to cancel, for example by returning the jersey, will also be excluded from the draw.

Data protection

The processing of data as part of the purchase of merchandise via the VfL Wolfsburg-Fußball GmbH online shop complies with our data protection declaration.

Furthermore, additional personal data will only be requested if the participant in the contest is drawn as the winner. The collection of data is then used exclusively for sending the prize and, if necessary, for age verification; in this case, the data is not stored.

Contest start and end dates

Participation in the contest runs from 27.06.20 up to and including 26.07.2020. VfL Wolfsburg-Fußball GmbH reserves the right to terminate the contest prematurely for cause.

VfL Wolfsburg-Fußball GmbH is offering the following prizes in the contest: five (5) match-worn shirts of VfL Wolfsburg players from the game VfL Wolfsburg vs. FC Bayern München (Matchday 34, 2019/2020) and five (5) match-worn shirts of VfL Wolfsburg players from the game VfL Wolfsburg vs. Bayer 04 Leverkusen (Matchday 22, 2019/2020).

The winner will be determined after the end of the entry period for the contest. Winners will be informed via e-mail by VfL Wolfsburg-Fußball GmbH.
There is no recourse to change or supplement the prize, or for a cash payment thereof. The received prize cannot be exchanged. The prize claim is not transferable.

Warranty disclaimer

VfL Wolfsburg-Fußball GmbH assumes no liability for direct or indirect damages that may result from participation. In particular, VfL Wolfsburg-Fußball GmbH assumes no liability for the following: that the contest will meet the expectations and ideas of the participants; that the contest will be accessible at all times; that all data will be transmitted punctually and free of errors and that the content is correct at all times; that the software used by VfL Wolfsburg-Fußball GmbH will function without fault at all times; that data will be deleted or lost due to technical or human error. VfL Wolfsburg-Fußball GmbH is not liable for any damage to the participants' hardware and software used for this purpose as a result of downloading data content, nor for the loss of files.

There is no legal recourse.
