Like VfL Wolfsburg, Wolfsburg United stands for innovation. VfL are the first and only Bundesliga club to offer a separate television signal specifically for the international market at all their Bundesliga home games, thanks to their partnership with DFL Sports Enterprises and Sportcast. Over the course of the 2017/18 season, this exposure generated more than 28 billion advertising views with VfL.
A second platform for television cameras has been specially erected on the opposite side of the Volkswagen Arena, which perfectly captures the new, 100-metre long LED advertising hoarding in front of the main stand. This creates additional, flexible advertising space that allows Wolfsburg United partners to advertise in specific non-German markets with campaigns aimed at particular target groups.
