Defender Marin Pongracic will be out of action for a while, after tests revealed that the 22-year-old is suffering from glandular fever. The Wolves’ centre-half is currently receiving treatment and will definitely miss the friendly away to 1. FC Köln on 29 August (kick-off: 15.30 CEST), having already had to sit out the match against Holstein Kiel. VfL Wolfsburg would like to wish Marin a full and speedy recovery.
