Sael Kumbedi joined VfL Wolfsburg from Olympique Lyon on loan over the summer, but as a contractually agreed purchase option has now been triggered, the 20-year-old right-back is now part of the Wolves’ squad on a permanent basis.
The France U21 international made his debut for the Green-and-Whites on Matchday 7 at home to VfB Stuttgart, the first of ten competitive appearances for the team so far. His contract at VfL runs until 30 June 2029.
