Defender Judit Pujols is leaving the VfL Wolfsburg Women with immediate effect. The Green-and-Whites and the 21-year-old Spaniard have agreed to terminate her contract, which was originally due to run until 2027, ahead of schedule. “Judit wants to get more playing time and therefore approached us about making a change. After careful consideration, we decided to grant her request. We also took the financial parameters into account. We wish Judit all the best for the future,” said Vanessa Bernauer, Director of Women’s Football at VfL Wolfsburg.

Pujols joined the club from FC Barcelona ahead of the 2025/2026 season. The defender made a total of 24 competitive appearances for the She-Wolves, scoring one goal.
