Moritz Jenz is leaving VfL Wolfsburg to join Swiss top-flight side BSC Young Boys. The 27-year-old centre-back joined the Wolves from FC Lorient in summer 2023 and spent the 2024/2025 season on loan at 1. FSV Mainz 05. Jenz made a total of 46 competitive appearances for the Green-and-Whites in the Bundesliga and DFB Cup, scoring two goals. He has not featured in the current Bundesliga 2 season.
“We would like to thank Moritz for his time in Wolfsburg. We wish him all the very best, both on and off the pitch, and every success for the next chapter of his career in Bern,” said VfL sporting director Pirmin Schwegler.
