Jana Burmeister has been side-lined for the time being. The goalkeeper from the VfL women’s side suffered an injury to her left knee in a challenge during training. Due to suspicion of a meniscus tear, Burmeister will undergo a knee arthroscopy on Monday, April 16th. The 29-year-old will be out of the reckoning for several weeks and unavailable to coach Stephan Lerch for selection.
