Victor Osimhen has joined Belgian top-flight club RSC Charleroi on loan.
Osimhen, the fifth player to leave VfL Wolfsburg this summer, will remain with Charleroi until the end of the season. The Wallonia-based outfit finished the 2017/18 campaign in sixth place, but are currently languishing in tenth position in the Jupiler Pro League after four rounds of matches.
Nineteen-year-old striker Osimhen, who has one senior international cap for Nigeria, joined the Wolves at the beginning of 2016, making 14 appearances for the club in all competitions. The teenager joins Daniel Didavi (VfB Stuttgart), Nany Landry Dimata (RSC Anderlecht, loan), Divock Origi (Liverpool FC, loan return) and Max Grün (end of contract) in leaving the Green-Whites this summer.
