VfL will face newly promoted Bundesliga 2 side Eintracht Braunschweig at home and Magdeburg away.
The Wolves have arranged another two friendlies for their pre-season preparations. This coming Saturday, 15 August, will see them play newly promoted Bundesliga 2 side Eintracht Braunschweig at the AOK Stadion. The match will be played behind closed doors with an 11:00 CEST kick-off, and will be streamed live on Wölfe TV. Then on Saturday 5 September, the Green-and-Whites will head to the MDCC-Arena to take on third-division team 1. FC Magdeburg. That game will kick off at 15.30 CEST and will again be shown on Wölfe TV.
The meeting with neighbours Braunschweig will be the second friendly of the summer for VfL after their 1-1 draw at the end of July against fellow Bundesliga club RB Leipzig. More pre-season warm-up matches will be announced shortly.
