The VfL Ladies began their pre-season preparations with performance tests this week.
She-Wolves head coach Stephan Lerch put his charges through the customary fitness tests, check-ups and lactate tests on Monday and Tuesday as his players returned from the summer break to start pre-season training. The first session using balls will take place on Wednesday 10 July at 15:00 CEST. Players who participated at the FIFA Women's World Cup in France will return to training at a later date, depending on the stage of the tournament they reached.
Friendlies on the agenda
The team's first friendly of the summer will take place on Saturday 13 July away to SSV Besiegdas 03 Magdeburg (kick-off 15:30 CEST).
