John Yeboah Zamora has signed his first professional contract with VfL Wolfsburg.
Under 19 midfielder John Yeboah Zamora has been bound to VfL Wolfsburg for the long-term. The German youth international has signed a professional contract with the Wolves until June 30th, 2021. The 17 year old joined VfL in 2015, having previously played for SV Rönneburg and FC Türkiye Wilhelmsburg in Hamburg.
At the VfL-Fußball.Akademie, Yeboah Zamora has consistently developed. During the course of the on-going ‚A-Junioren-Bundesliga’ season, the Hamburg born youngster has made 15 appearances, scoring seven goals along the way. Last autumn, the Young-Wolf was in the German squad at the Under 17 World Championship finals in India.
John Yeboah Zamora has won 14 caps with the national team and scored two goals for his country. "I am delighted about having been given the opportunity to take the next step in my career with VfL Wolfsburg. I will do everything in my power to continue developing step-by-step."
