First dates fixed

The Wolves first three test matches in preparation for the coming season have been scheduled.

At the beginning of July, the summer holidays end for VfL Wolfsburg. With the training start for coach Bruno Labbadia’s men already set, there have now been a number of pre-season test matches added to the plan, as the Green-Whites prepare for the 2018/2019 campaign. On Saturday, July 7th (14:00 CEST, Sportpark Flutmulde), the Wolves take on the Veltins-Auswahl. On July 12th, at the ‘Markenpavillon‘ in the Autostadt, the Green-Whites present their new kit for the coming season, followed the next day by a friendly against Lupo-Martini Wolfsburg (18:00 CEST, Lupo-Stadion). In addition, the Wolves will also play a test match against Norwich City (July 19th), who are to undertake a training-camp in the region at that time. The game will be played on a neutral ground in Lower Saxony, which is yet to be decided.

The schedule thus far:

1st July: Training start
7th July, 14:00 CEST: Test match against the ‘Veltins-Auswahl’ (Sportpark Flutmulde)
12th July, 13:00 CEST: Jersey-launch in the Autostadt
13th July, 18:00 CEST: Test match against Lupo-Martini Wolfsburg (Lupo-Stadion)
19th July: Test-friendly against Norwich City
