Healthy interest in new shirt!

It seems as if Wolves fans can't wait to get their hands ion the 2006/7 season home shirt! The club said this week that several enquireis have been made about the brand new jersey since it was seen for the first time as new signing Isaak Boakye was presented to the press on Monday (19.6.06).

There are two broad stripes on the front of the shirt in green and white. The sleeves are also green and white, but in single colours, making the shirt unusually attractive: "The club and our faithful fans wanted something special and not a run of the mill shirt", said the marketing boss John Jaeschke. The shorts of the nes strip will be white and the socks green and white. When playing away from home, the Wolves will play in an all blue strip.

The new strip will be for sale around the middle of July and the shirt is expected to cost 59 Euros.
