Hofland to cook at the Ritz-Carlton!

Kevin Hofland will be joining the famous star chef Sven Elverfeld and other celebrities on Sunday (4.12.05), to cook a gourmet menu at The Ritz-Carlton in Wolfsburg. The event was originally scheduled to take place on November 6th but was cancelled because of illness. The event is part of the so-called German Heart Week 2005, and is supported by a local clinic and health forum. The NDR journalist Peter von Sassen will present the show.

Professional advice will be offered by Birgit Leuchtmann-Wagner (manager of the health forum) and Prof. Dr. med. Rolf Engberding, head physician  at the clinic in Wolfsburg and member of the scientific board of the German Heart Foundation.

The entry fee will be 25 Euros (including snacks to try), all proceeds will go to the German Heart Foundation. Hofland can take part in the event as his team mates are in Bundesliga action in Mainz because he is suspended.
