2-0 win over China

Serbia and Montenegro made the perfect start to their Far-East tour on Sunday. The Wolves defender Bojan Neziri and his side beat China 2-0. The goal scorers for the side already qualified fort he World Cup 2006 wereNenad Djordjevic (48.) and Nikola Zigic (64.). The Serbs face a tricky tie on Wednesday, as the team under Ilija Petkovic take on South Korea, also in next year’s World Cup finals in Germany. Neziri, who was surprised by his first ever call up to the national squad, will be hoping to impress and play his way into the plans of his coach ahead of the World Cup 2006.
