Good news from the injury front

Hans Sarpei: Recovering

There is good news for the Wolves coach Holger Fach from the injury front. His Belgian defender Peter Van der Heyden, is on the verge of a first team comeback after months on the sidelines through injury. Fach said recently, that the Belgian had made a "good impression" on him during training, not shying out of any tackles with his team mates. Van der Heyden played during Monday’s 6-1 friendly win over third division side Lüneburg.

More good news

Pablo Thiam and Levan Tskitishvili reckon that they have a good chance of making the first team for the Wolves’ tough Bundesliga trip to second placed HSV in round nine of the Bundesliga on October 15th. Despite the optimism, the club is not prepared to take any risks with the players recovering from injury. Hans Sarpei and playmaker Andres D'Alessandro, missed Monday’s training session, but have resumed first team training since.
